Shane’s military journey has taken him to various Army Posts across the United States for training, providing him with a strong foundation in attention to detail, discipline, and leadership—skills that have been invaluable in his role at MIL.
What Shane enjoys most about his service is the opportunity to mentor his team during monthly drills. “I look forward to seeing how I can improve the soldiers on my team and recognizing them for their hard work,” he shares.
Shane’s advice for others considering service is profound: “Always help others even when no one is looking, and always do what’s right despite what others may think.”
