Congratulations to all our MIL runners who joined the ranks on October 12th to help the U.S. Army celebrate its 250th Birthday!

In true Grunt style, our teammates laced up, geared up, and showed up for the challenge—representing MIL proudly as Team “MIL in Motion.” This year’s U.S. Army 10-Miler brought together more than 20,000 participants from around the world to honor the Army’s legacy, its people, and its enduring commitment to service.

This event was proudly organized as part of The MIL BRIDGE, our Veteran Employee Resource Group (ERG). MIL BRIDGE is dedicated to supporting veterans within our organization. We strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment that honors the unique skills, experiences, and perspectives of veterans. Our mission is to foster camaraderie, provide resources, and promote professional development opportunities for veterans and their allies.

Our runners—Joel Melville, Kapil Prajapati, Nicholas Rooks, Sara Tesso, Carolina Gil Ochoa, Travis Abeyta, Maria Garcia, Daniel Rodriguez, Ashley Budano, and Danielle Dillahey—embodied the spirit of teamwork, endurance, and excellence that define both the Army and MIL.

Whether it was their first race or their tenth, each runner pushed through the miles with purpose, celebrating not only the Army’s 250 years of service but also the camaraderie that drives Team MIL and the mission of MIL BRIDGE.

Congratulations to all of you, and thank you for representing MIL with pride—and for supporting our troops still on watch and standing guard.

Run strong. Serve proudly. Stay in motion—Team MIL in Motion!
