MIL Earns 2024 Great Place To Work Certification™
Mid-sized government contractor earns honor for seventh year in-a-row

According to this year’s Great Place To Work® survey, 95% of MIL’s employees feel empowered to take time off when needed, emphasizing its dedication to work-life balance. Additionally, 95% of employees would rate MIL’s services as “excellent,” and 93% of respondents find management is approachable and easy to talk with. The survey also revealed that 93% of team members feel a profound sense of pride in the accomplishments of the organization.
Great Place To Work® research reports that job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits and have a fair chance at promotion.
