MIL Ranks with Top Workplaces for Technology Industry and Work-Life Flexibility
Bowie, Md.—Aug. 04, 2023— — The MIL Corporation (MIL), a mid-sized government contractor, is pleased to announce it has earned two workplace awards under the Top Workplaces USA umbrella: Top Technology Industry as well as Work-Life Flexibility. This is the firm’s third year in-a-row as a top tech company, ranking 14 out of 191 winners for 2023 and its second-year ranking as a flexible workplace.
Ranking as one of the top 16 companies in the category, The Top Workplaces for Work-Life Flexibility award recognizes organizations that have built a culture that enables employees to meet the demands of their personal lives while maintaining high performance.
