Dr. Yolanda C. Reid is the Vice President of Cybersecurity at The MIL Corporation, bringing more than two decades of leadership in cybersecurity, responsible AI, and emerging technology innovation across the defense and intelligence community.
She began her career within the U.S. Department of Defense, serving 21 years in roles guiding globally distributed technical teams and advancing mission-critical capabilities. She later held senior leadership positions at EverWatch (now Booz Allen Hamilton), Raytheon BBN, and IBM Federal, where she led initiatives in offensive cyber, artificial intelligence, quantum, post quantum cryptography, and advanced research.
Dr. Reid contributes to the national security and cybersecurity community as a judge for the National Military Intelligence Foundation Scholarship Program and the Maryland Cybersecurity Awards, and she serves as an advisor to the Technology Advancement Center (TAC). She has also been featured on the Iron Butterfly podcast for her impact across the Intelligence Community.
She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University, a Master’s in Information Technology from the University of Maryland, and a Ph.D. in Information Technology focused on AI adoption in the U.S. aerospace and defense industry.
