David St. John, AVP, is an IT project management professional with over 30 years in the industry. Mr. St. John currently serves as Program Manager for MIL’s support to the U.S. Treasury, overseeing performance of 23 full-time staff supporting a variety of IT technologies. Mr. St. John’s experience features support at both program and project management levels, supporting the development lifecycle, capital planning and investment control, change management, process improvement, tech support, vendor relations, staff management, team leadership, training, among other areas. Mr. St. John excels at ensuring quality IT management through the use of ITIL best practices and has led the successful design and implementation of complex technical projects involving infrastructure and applications. Along with supporting work at the Treasury, his IT management experience also includes work for the International Trade Administration, the Securities and Exchange Commission, Office of Personnel Management, and the Internal Revenue Service.
Mr. St. John is a U.S. Army veteran who has earned an MBA, Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, and Associate degree in Business from St. Leo University. He also holds ITIL v.4, ITIL v.3, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.
