David St. John, Senior Assistant Vice President, is a technology executive with more than 30 years of experience leading enterprise IT organizations and complex technology programs across Federal and commercial environments. Mr. St. John currently holds a leadership position within MIL’s Information Technology Services sector, with responsibility for technology strategy, service delivery, workforce leadership, customer relationships, and growth. His experience spans enterprise infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, applications, IT operations, service management, and technology modernization. Mr. St. John works closely with government and corporate leaders to align technology investments with mission priorities and has led complex modernization initiatives involving infrastructure, cloud, applications, and enterprise services. His Federal experience includes work supporting the U.S. Department of the Treasury, International Trade Administration, FirstNet, Securities and Exchange Commission, Office of Personnel Management, and Internal Revenue Service.
Mr. St. John is a U.S. Army veteran who has earned an MBA, Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, and Associate degree in Business from Saint Leo University. He holds Certified Technology Innovation Manager (CTIM), Project Management Professional (PMP), AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) credentials, along with AI certifications from Microsoft and Google Cloud.
