MIL President Marisa Daley Appointed to Alzheimer’s Association Board
Bowie, Md. – Aug. 12, 2025 – The MIL Corporation (MIL) announced today that President Marisa Daley has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer’s Association National Capital Area Chapter.
Daley’s appointment follows a successful term as chair of the Executive Leadership Team for the 2024 Nation’s Capital Ride to End ALZ. Her continued involvement reflects both her personal commitment to advancing health causes and MIL’s broader dedication to community impact through its corporate social responsibility program, MIL CARES.
The Alzheimer’s Association is the leading voluntary health organization focused on Alzheimer’s care, support and research. As a board member, Daley will help guide strategic initiatives and strengthen community partnerships that support the Association’s mission to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through research, public awareness and direct support for those affected.
“It’s a true honor to join the board,” said Daley, president of MIL. “Leading the Executive Leadership Team for the Ride to End ALZ offered powerful insight into the mission and the people behind it. I look forward to helping expand awareness and support across the D.C. region, especially among employers and working families impacted by Alzheimer’s and related dementias.”
Daley’s service on the board exemplifies The MIL Way—particularly the company’s commitment to empathy, respect, and meaningful connection. Through MIL CARES (Celebrates, Acknowledges, Responds, Energizes, and Strengthens), the company supports initiatives in education, health, veteran and military causes, and local relief efforts. Daley’s leadership continues to strengthen MIL’s engagement with community-focused organizations and reflects a culture of personal ownership, compassion, and service.
