The MIL Corporation Earns 2026 Great Place To Work® Certification

Bowie, Md.—Feb. 5, 2026 – The MIL Corporation (MIL) has earned Great Place To Work® Certification for 2026, a recognition based entirely on employee feedback and their experience working at the company.
The Certification is awarded by Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture and employee experience. Results from MIL’s most recent Trust Index™ survey show that 85% of employees say MIL is a great place to work, compared with 57% at a typical U.S. company.
