Jon Nehman, Vice President, oversees MIL consultants supporting the U.S. Department of State’s Software Development and Maintenance (SDM) and Global Compensation Services (GCS) Divisions. He provides strategic direction handling production support, requirements analysis, software design, quality assurance, configuration management, hardware infrastructure, and user training and documentation. With 24 years of experience in business operations and full system life cycle management, he has led efforts from requirements gathering through implementation and user support. His past projects include leading the design and testing of a custom mortgage-tracking system and managing a large-scale system conversion for a global Federal accounting/disbursing platform. Mr. Nehman has served as Operations Manager for a global support desk and managed software maintenance and new system design for Department of State financial management software. He is skilled in process improvement, having developed CMMI-compliant procedures and contributed to multiple successful CMMI Maturity Level 3 assessments. A strong communicator and presenter, he has delivered speeches at international conferences and provided extensive client site support worldwide.
Mr. Nehman holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
