Jeffrey Bailey, AVP, supports MIL’s Engineering and Technical Services (ETS) Sector, overseeing the design and implementation of cutting-edge technologies that enhance the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division’s (NAWCAD) capabilities and drive Speed to the Fleet. He leads a team of specialized engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential. Mr. Bailey is also responsible for contributing to and implementing the strategic direction for the ETS Sector. Mr. Bailey is an accomplished program manager with over 12 years of experience leading development and innovation teams supporting NAWCAD. Mr. Bailey’s career began as a systems engineer supporting NAWCAD’s Research Development Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) network and the Test Resource Management Center (TRMC) Joint Mission Environment Test Capability (JMETC) community where he gained extensive experience in Live, Virtual, & Constructive (LVC) operations and engineering. His passion for technology and his commitment to the Navy’s mission has led him to focus on developing innovative solutions to complex challenges. With his ability to create a collaborative and inclusive environment that fosters creativity and innovation, Mr. Bailey has a record of success in leading teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
Mr. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Towson University.
