John Roland
Mr. Roland has over 33 years of experience managing the implementations and conversions of financial management systems for Federal government agencies. Currently, Mr. Roland is a Vice President at the MIL Corporation and is responsible for the day-to-day management oversight and operations of providing functional and technical support to the Federal Aviation Administration Agency under the Department of Transportation. Mr. Roland also provides management oversight for MIL’s portfolio of projects/programs under their Federal Administrative Sector (FAS). Mr. Roland served as a Technical Director/Practice Director within the Oracle Consulting Specialty Group specializing in Oracle Federal Financials. Mr. Roland served 16 years at American Management Systems, Inc., now known as CGI-Federal, as an Expert Financial Management and Sr. Principal Consultant.
Mr. Roland holds a Masters of Science in Public Policy Financial Analysis & Management from Carnegie-Mellon University.
