Our commitment to you
MIL offers a wealth of benefits to our employees. It is important that we take care of you as much as you take care of us. We offer a variety of health & wellness, career improvement, and financial benefits. See below for an overview of what’s included.
Health & wellness
MIL’s health plans include medical and prescription benefits, with a variety of options. Dental and vision options are also included, in addition to a Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Employees are covered by MIL for Group Life Insurance, AD&D, and Group Long-Term Disability.
Other insurance options are offered at the cost of the employee. In addition, MIL provides a free and confidential counseling service, available to our employees and their families. Paid Time Off (PTO), holidays, bereavement leave, and a computer purchase plan are also offered to our employees.
If you are employed in the Washington, D.C. area, MIL provides a parking and Metro reimbursement plan.
Career building
MIL understands that improving your skillset is just as important to you as it is to the organization. We offer MIL Training Online (MILTON), a free web-based training program in which employees may take as many courses as they wish in any field.
In addition, MIL offers professional training and education reimbursement programs.
Retirement
MIL is invested in your future. Choose to participate in our 401(k) plan and we will match 50% up to the first 4% of contributions made on a biweekly basis. Employees are 100% vested after two years of employment. Traditional 401(k) and Roth 401(k) are available and you will be eligible to participate on the date of hire.
