Staying Healthy

MIL offers of medical plans through Aetna Signature Administrators Network, administered by Evolution HealthCare. Employees share a percentage of the premium costs, and the premiums are deducted via pre-tax deductions. Employees and their families can choose from a variety of coverage options. Employees are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following your date of hire or coinciding date if you are hired on the first of the month.
