Focus on learning by seeing every task, project, or assignment—however big or small—as an opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and build strong working relationships. Over time, you’ll find the scope of your impact increasing, and your career growth will come from the value you provide to the organization.

What do you love about your current position, and/or overall career at MIL?
What I appreciate most about my overall career with MIL is twofold. First, my MIL colleagues. I truly value the strong working relationships I’ve formed—many of which I’ve had for over a decade—and I also appreciate that we continue to bring talented and hardworking new people into the fold. Second, this organization has proven to be a place where I have tremendous opportunity to continue learning and growing year after year, which keeps the work interesting and fulfilling.
