Patrick DeBoe
Mr. DeBoe has over 10 years’ experience providing mechanical engineering, project management, and proposal development services. He has managed over $13M in project budgets, including nearly $4.5M in 2018 and has consistently executed simultaneous projects and programs—always ensuring client expectations are met. His proposal work has included participating in several efforts, including leading the Mission Systems recompete effort, ensuring subcontracting teammates were set, developing the Project Management proposal section and participating in reviews. On other proposal efforts he helped develop the Sample Task response or Technical section. Mr. DeBoe also participates in the Project Management Working Group, Quality Management Working Group, and Warehousing Working Group. To support the warehousing working group, Mr. DeBoe developed control charts based on warehousing data to assess their process performance, and after recommending changes to implement, analyzed process improvement.
Mr. DeBoe is a certified Project Management Professional and holds a Masters of Science degree in Project Management from the University of Maryland.
