When did you start working at MIL?
I began working at MIL in 2019 as a Business Development Intern. Upon graduating, I was brought on to the team as a Junior Analyst.

Advice to someone beginning a career at MIL/recent college graduate:
One piece of advice I would offer is to stay open and say yes to opportunities. MIL provides exposure to a wide range of projects, and being willing to step into different roles or support where needed can significantly accelerate growth. I’ve personally taken an open-minded approach, joining various efforts across teams, which has helped me expand my skill set and gain clarity on the direction I want for my career. Don’t shy away from responsibility – those moments are often where you learn the most and create the most value!

What I love most about my role at MIL?
The ability to consistently provide value to the client, whether it’s through day-to-day support, issue analysis, or contributing to system implementations. I enjoy being in a position where I can directly impact operations and provide hands-on problem solving, which keeps the work meaningful.
