He specializes in delivering process and technology improvements for clients in long-range planning, budget formulation, budget execution, accounting, internal controls remediation, and execution of business plans through finance and business analytics so critical to organizational success. Clients have included Department of Homeland Security (DHS JPMO, ICE, CBP, and USCIS), Federal Bureau of Investigation, US Patent and Trademark Office, and Department of State Diplomatic Security. Mr. Hooley is also a frequent moderator/host of local and national AGA federal financial management panels and discussions.
