When did you begin working at MIL?
I began working at MIL on July 6, 2025.

Describe your career path.
Prior to joining MIL as a Logistics Team Lead, I served 23 years in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician working on F/A-18 aircraft.

Throughout my military career, I held roles as a technician, instructor, quality control representative, training coordinator and maintenance department coordinator. Prior to retiring, I worked at PMA-260 supporting logistics for engine test cells. These experiences helped me develop the leadership, people and management skills that have contributed to my success at MIL.

What is one piece of advice you would offer someone beginning their career at MIL?
Experience doesn’t come overnight. Every person you meet is an opportunity to learn something new and continue growing into the professional you want to become.
