I started my career at MIL in December of 2021.

What is one piece of career advice you would give a recent college graduate?
One piece of advice I would give someone starting their career at MIL would be to be transparent with your supervisor when it comes to setting goals and where you would like to grow. That way, they can assist you with getting where you would like to be. MIL offers many resources; take advantage.

What is one piece of career advice you would give a recent college graduate?
The most enjoyable part about being HR Business Partner is that I am able to gain insight from my peers on how to continue being a part of the employee experience. MIL truly makes you feel like family.
