Mr. Seibert has overall responsibility for the Information Technology Services sector at the MIL Corporation. He has over 35 years’ experience executing and providing oversight for major federal IT programs. Mr. Seibert’s breadth of expertise spans service center and help desk, desktop support, networking and infrastructure, messaging, and applications support. Agencies for which he is accountable include the Library of Congress, Department of Commerce, U.S. Treasury, and the National Archives and Records Administration. With background, training, and experience providing technical services to the federal government, Mr. Seibert is a hands-on executive that deeply understands the execution and oversight needed to deliver on large federal IT programs. He is routinely on customer site, communicating with senior level executives, and actively involved in delivery to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and that critical deadlines are met.
Mr. Seibert holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems Management from George Washington University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics.
