I started working with The MIL Corporation in January 2024. I joined MIL as a Junior Analyst on the Recruiting team in January 2024. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to expand my role and learn different aspects of the recruiting process, from supporting our administrative and compliance needs to candidate sourcing, outreach, and coordination throughout the hiring process. Taking on those additional responsibilities has allowed me to continue growing within the Recruiting team and into my current role as an Analyst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One of my favorite things about working in Recruiting is the variety. No two days are exactly the same, and I get to work with people across different teams and areas of the company. I also really enjoy being part of the process of bringing new people to MIL and seeing candidates I’ve worked with become part of the team. My team is another one of my favorite parts of working at MIL. Everyone is incredibly supportive, works well together, and is always willing to step in and help when needed. I also really value the work-life balance MIL provides. Having the flexibility to be present both professionally and in my life outside of work is something I truly appreciate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
