Ms. Foronda has over 20 years of hands-on experience in project management, implementation, training, analysis, design and support of several software systems including Momentum Software, Peoplesoft, Timberline Software, SRC Budgeting Software and custom MS Access based packages.\u00a0 She has amassed several years of managerial and financial experience in both the public and private sector. She possesses strong management, analytical, technical and communication skills and has considerable experience on implementation projects in both an internal and external consultant role.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
