He has managed over $13M in project budgets, including nearly $4.5M in 2018 and has consistently executed simultaneous projects and programs\u2014always ensuring client expectations are met. His proposal work has included <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">participating in several efforts, including leading the Mission Systems recompete effort, ensuring subcontracting teammates were set, developing the Project Management proposal section and participating in reviews. On other proposal efforts he helped develop the Sample Task response or Technical section. Mr. DeBoe also participates in the Project Management Working Group, Quality Management Working Group, and Warehousing Working Group.
