Navy ERP Training and Implementation

Situation: MIL’s senior Business and Financial Management Community (BFMC) leaders were actively involved in the Navy’s ERP implementation with respect to end user training and business process compliance.

Action: MIL was responsible for conducting assessments and making recommendations specific to Navy ERP training and implementation. We provided documentation on implementation and training assessments, and made recommendations on draft original or changes to training material, and implementation documentation. 

Result: This high-level leadership experience provided NAWCAD with significant advantages, while also providing the Business and Financial Managers the knowledge to gain access and role mapping to Navy ERP.
