Marty Bailey
Ms. Bailey, VP, provides technical engineering direction and support, with a focus on solution development within our information technology engineering teams. She has over 30 years of extensive computer systems and management experience. Ms. Bailey has worked at MIL for over 25 years, and in her current role provides daily support for customers, MIL managers and employees at both the company and project level. She is responsible for the oversight of personnel at multiple locations, mentoring team leads, handling divisional revenue projections, and providing marketing insight.
Ms. Bailey earned an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science from Charles County Community College.
